摘要
本文研究了磺酸阴离子型水分散聚氨酯合成的催化作用机理,探讨了聚氨酯结构与性能的关系。结果表明,在合成过程中,加入催化剂,可大大增加反应速率,提高聚合物分子量,减少副反应,降低小分子含量,改善薄膜性能,而对微相分离等影响甚微。该产品用于纺织品涂层,效果良好。
The mechanism of catalysis in the prcparation of anionic polyurethane ionomer dispersion conta(?)ning sulfonic group and the relationship betwecn the polymer structure and properties are developed.It shows that the catalyst can accelerate the formation of urethane group with a brakingeffect on side reaction,increase molecular weight remarkably with the decrcase of smallermolecules,and improve the film physical properties with little influence on the microphaseseparation.In addition good coating effects are obscrved.
