摘要
电力系统全停电后的黑启动恢复是一个非常重要的问题,黑启动决策支持系统的开发对辅助调度人员制订黑启动方案、实现系统全停后的快速恢复具有重要作用。文中利用网络拓扑分析技术和专家系统对黑启动方案生成问题进行了研究,并在黑启动决策支持系统下开发了黑启动方案的自动生成与评估系统。该系统可以针对某一实际电网的具体状态自动生成一组黑启动方案,利用层次分析法和由专家经验建立的知识库进行分析推理,对方案组中各个方案进行评估排序,为调度人员进行黑启动恢复提供一个科学、直观的决策参考。
Restoration of a power system after a complete blackout is a very important problem. The decision support system for black-start can help dispatchers to establish black-start schemes and restore the power system as soon as possible. Combining topology analysis technology with expert systems, how to formulate power system black-start schemes is investigated. An automatic derivation and assessment system of black-start schemes is developed on the background of a decision support system for black-start. This system can automatically derivate a group of black-start schemes according to the real-time state of the power system. By using of analytic hierarchy process technique and knowledge based on expert's experience, the system can assess these schemes and arrange their orders so that the scientific and well-understanding decision reference can be provided to dispatchers.
