青少年双颌前突拔牙矫治前后硬组织变化分析

An evaluation of the changes in hard-tissue after orthodontic treatment with four premolars extracted in bimaxillary protrusion in adolescents

目的 :研究青少年双颌前突拔牙矫治前后硬组织的变化情况 ,预测矫治后的疗效。方法 :对 14名青少年双颌前突拔牙矫治前后的 9项硬组织指标进行对比 ,通过配对t检验评价硬组织的变化情况。结果 :9项测量指标的改变均有统计学意义 ,SN距增加 1.41mm ,有效上颌骨长度增加 2 .92mm ,有效下颌骨长度增加 4.3 1mm ,上颌突距减小 1.5 8mm ,下颌突距减小 1.94mm ,上切牙突距减小 4.3 4mm ,下切牙突距减小 3 .3 2mm ,上前面高增加 2 .5 1mm ,下前面高增加 3 .94mm。结论 :矫治前后硬组织不同部位的改变不同 。

Objective:To study the changes in hard-tissue after orthodontic treatment with four premolars extracted in bimaxillary protrusion's adolescents and provide clinical useful data for predicting curative effect after orthodontic treatment.Method:This study selects 14 bimaxillary protrusion's adolescents and contrast 9 hard-tissue controls before and after orthodontic treatment with Paired t Test to evaluate the changes in hard-tissue.Result:All of the 9 contrals changed in statistical sense, SN, Co-A, Co-Gn, N-ANS and ANS-Me respectively increased 1.41 mm, 2.92 mm, 4.31 mm, 2.51 mm, and 3.94 mm; A-Np, Pog-Np, 1-A and 1 to A-Pog respectively decreased 1.58 mm, 1.94 mm, 4.34 mm and 3.32 mm.Conclusion:There are different changes in different positions of hard-tissue,the changes of hard-tissue are the results of growth and treatment for bimaxillary protrusion's adolescents with four premolars extracted.
