义齿清洁杀菌剂的研制和临床应用

The development and clinical usefulness of the denture cleanliness preparation

目的 :研究义齿清洁剂对附着于义齿上的污垢 ,结石及菌斑的清除效果。方法 :选用去垢和杀菌作用强的阴离子表面活性剂 ,两性表面活性剂 ,抗菌剂 ,按一定的比例调配 ,将义齿浸泡在溶液中 0 .5 -6h观察结果。结果 :10min内可杀灭所有的细菌 ,6h内可清除义齿上的污垢结石。结论 :义齿清洁杀菌剂可有效地维护戴义齿患者的口腔卫生 。

Objective:To study the effectivece of the denture cleanliness preparation on dirt,calculus and pathogenic bacteria attaching denture.Method:The denture cleanliness perparation were mixed up with appropriate proprotions aninic suiface agent,amphotenic surfactant and bactericide,and then immersed the denture into the preprations.Resalt:It can be observed that all pathogenic bactrium were sterilized within 10 minute,and dirt and calculu ,were eliminated within 6 hour.Conclusion:It may be effective for the denture cleanliness preparation to prevent and treat denture stomatitis by sterilizing pathoyeric and eliminating dirt and caleulus.
