摘要
文章介绍了一种加工盘套类零件等分孔的双圆柱定位钻模 ,给出了其定位误差的计算公式。该钻模具有结构简单、操作方便、制造及装配工艺性好等优点。
The working principle of the two-pin Location Jig for plate and shell type parts is presented. The general calculation formula and the differential coefficient calculation formula is also discussed. Compared with the traditional jig, this jig is in simple structure and with easy assembling.
