本文通过生产实践用数理统计的方法对浆液粘度与上浆率之间的关系进行相关分析,得出淀粉浆液的粘度与上浆率之间没有一定的规律可循;PVA 浆液的粘度与上浆率之间有较强的相关性,并建立了回归方程。应用这个回归方程,已知浆液粘度时可以预测上浆率的大小,通过调节浆液粘度达到对上浆率进行控制和管理的目的。

Through correlative analysis and practical production by means of mathematical statistics the authors find out that there is no law connecting the viscosity of starch size with size loading.And there is a strong correlation between the viscosity of PVA size and size loading and regression formulais establisheda.This formula can forecast the magnitude of size loading so the measure is obtained through adjusting the viscosity of size to control the size loading.
