高效余热回收装置传热机理及性能分析

摘要 本文介绍一种新型的适于纺织印染厂废水余热回收装置。当传热管为一般碳钢时,其传热K 值可达2400w/m^2℃,且不易堵塞与结垢,一次投资小,便于维护管理,特别适合于纺织、印染工业排放的低品位热废水的余热回收。 In this article is introduced a new high efficiency hcat recovry equipment designed for textile dyeing and printing mills.The heat conductive coefficient of this equipment has reached 2400 w/ m^2·℃,and has the following benefits,such as uneasy blocking,low investment,easy to main- tanence and especially suitable for the recovery of waste hot water of low hcat content.
