摘要
本文分析了喷气纺开纤管的作用机理和其主要结构参数。通过不同内壁形式的开纤管纺纱对比发现,多圆弧组合槽形的开纤管有利于成纱强力的提高。用二次旋转组合设计方法,通过实验建立了该种开纤管的主要结构参数与成纱强力的数学模型。用惩罚函数法进行了优化计算,获得了开纤管的最佳结构参数。实验证明,用优化后的开纤管成纱强力有明显的提高。
This paper analyses the operation mechanism of opening pipe and its main structure parameters
in air-jet spinning.A kind of opening pipe with multiple arc composed groove,which is benefit for
the improvement of yarn strength,is analysed through comparing spinning experiments.Based
upon the designed method and experiment of quadratic rotational composition,a mathematical
model is formed for the yarn strength in trems of the main structure paramcters.The optimal stru-
cture parameters are calculated by using penalty function method.Experiments prove that yarn
strength is evidently improved as an optimal opening pipe is adopted.
