棉纱均匀度与针织布外观质量关系的仿真处理研究

A Study on Imitation Treatment of Relation between Cotton Yarn Unevenness and Knitted Fabric Appearence

本文根据棉纱在平针织物中的排列情况,用仿真处理方法,提出了四个评定棉纱均匀度的特征参数:轻度阴影和云斑的面积;严重阴影和云斑的面积;粗节长度(+50%)和细节长度(-50%),而且编制了合适的软件,用单板机系统进行测试、处理数据和打印结果。并用18.2tex 普梳纯棉纱做了棉纱均匀度与针织物外观质量之间的对照试验,对实验结果进行了分析。

According to the subjective assessment of the appearence of the knitted fabric,this paper puts forward four characteristics paramcters to determine unevenness of cotton yarn.They are area of br(?)ght shadow and cloud spots,area of dark shadow and cloud spots,length of thick place (+50%),and length of thin place(-50%).A microprocessor system is used to test yarns,calcu- late the parameters,and print the results of 18.2 tex cotton carded yarns and the appearence of plain knitted fabric.The rank correlation coefficients are calculted and the results are discussd.
