本文介绍了用廿一棉自行研制的紫外光照机处理丁氰胶圈的效果。通过实践证明用本方法可取代丁氰胶圈的酸处理,并能延长胶圈寿命到六个月以上,同时能改善纯棉成纱条干不匀CV 值0.5%左右,还能显著减少纱疵。

In this article is introduced the effect of ultraviolet ray treatment to butyronitrile apron.This method can replace the acid treatment and has the following benefits:prolonging the service life of the apron to over six months,decreasing the CV% of yarn evenness about 0.5%,and decrea- sing the yarn fault evidently.
