摘要
根据低温热水辐射地板传热理论计算的通用假设条件,以试块代替实际辐射地板,在国际标准散热器性能检测台上对各种构造方式和运行工况下地板的传热过程进行测试.测试结果反映了地板表面温度和传热延迟时间与管径、管间距、管道埋深和管道平均水温之间的关系.发现供水状态变化后,地板表面温度随时间呈指数变化,升温期的稳定时间约为降温期的一半.比较测试结果和数值模拟结果后,证明该测试方法能用于理论计算结果的验证.
The embedded pipe heating floors were tested at various conditions by substituting specimens for actual heated floor in experiment system ISO3148-1975. The results revealed the relationship of floor surface temperature and heat lag with floor structures and water conductions. It is found that the floor surface temperature variety exponentially with time after the change of water condition, and the heat lag in the heating period is about half of that in cooling period. It shows that the experiment system can be used to validate theoretical calculation, after comparing the measuring results with numerical simulation results.
