摘要
聚沉胶体往往选用电性相反的聚凝物,故研究胶体电性是聚凝剂的关键.根据Parks和Yoon-Salma-Donnay静电模型计算了锡胶的零电点为pH=6.7左右,并进一步分析得出含锡的铜基合金电解液中的锡胶荷正电,为选择聚凝剂指明了方向.试验表明,用某负电性聚凝剂可以有效聚沉锡胶.
For the depositing colloid, we often choose the depositing materials with the opposite charge to the colloid.Thersefore, to study the electropolar of the colloid, is the key point for choosing depositing materials. Based on the static electricity model Parks and model Yoon-Salma-Donnay, this dissertation calculates the point of zero charge of the colloid with SnO_2 and gets the result of pH=67(approx), and by doing further analyses, it has obtained positive charge of the colloid in the copper-based-alloy electrolyte providing a direction for choosing the depositing materials. The experiment proves that it is efficacious to deposit the colloid with SnO_2 by using certain depositing materials with negative charge.
