摘要
通过仿真技术的理论和人工配比的实验 ,对超声波技术检测乳化液浓度的原理进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,信号稳定性和重复性良好 ,测试时间短 ,测试误差在允许的范围内 ,其技术可行。
In the paper description is made of the mechanism for inspecting emulsion concentration with ultrasonic technique, through simulation and artifical experiments. The results show signals are sound in both stability and repeatability. Moreover, the inspection period is much shorter than that of the old method, and inspection error is within the limit permitted. The technique proves feasible.
