棉纺厂能源监控与管理系统集散系统的研究

摘要 本文介绍专为棉纺厂研制的微机三级分布式通讯系统一集散系统。可对全厂能源(电、过热蒸汽、水)进行检测、计量,管理查询等;对过热蒸汽压力、温度进行在线调节;对功率因数进行自动补偿。着重介绍多口、多级(三级)、多交叉点、远程、近程通讯系统的实现方法。所采取的抗干扰措施能使系统稳定、安全、可靠地长期运行。 A three level distribution microcomputer controlled communication system(concentrated anddistributed system)is described in this paper.This system is specially designed for the cotton spin-ning plant of Tianjin.It shows that it works well in measuring,administrating and inquiring forall kinds of the power resources such as electricity,superheated steam and water of the whole fac-tory.The inline adjustment of temperature and pressure of the supcrheated steam,and the auto-compensation of the power factor can be achieved by using this system.The introduction of therealization methods of the multipassage,the multilevel(three levels),the multi-intersecting pointsand the long and short distance communacation of the system are the main part of the paper.It hasbeen verified that by eliminating signal noise through anti-interference measures this system canoperate reliably and continously in an extensive magnetic field for a long time.
