本文按Goldthwait配方,对棉样染色后用可见光分光光度计测色,并计算R/G比和成熟纤维百分率P_M 值。R/G 和P_M 值都可以用来表示棉纤维成熟度。

This approach includes dyeing the cotton samples using the Goldthwait formula,mcasuring thecolor with a visible rogion spectrophotometer and calculating the R/G ratio and the Pu value,percentage of mature fibres.Both R/G and Pu value can be used to estimate the cotton maturity.
