摘要
本文分析了瑞士苏尔泽鲁蒂片梭织机梭钳的一些特性和目前国内制作的梭钳的失效原因,提出了用50CrVA 钢制作梭钳,并且通过合适的多级预变形和热处理,使梭钳的磨损和疲劳寿命大大提高,达到1200×10~4次以上。
In this paper,the characteristic of a Switzerland made gripper is studied,and through examina-tions and calculations of another home-made one,it has been proved that the main cause of thefatigue fracture of the latter is that a residual tensile stress resulting from the predeformationis exerted on the inside of the gripper arms.Consequently,a new method was devised.The resultshave shown that the grippers made of 50 CrVA steel,which have been subjected to suitable heattreatment,have undergone classified predeformation,and have a long working life.The problemis thus solved satisfactorily,for their endurance exceeded 1200×IO^4 cycles without breaking,when they were fitted on the loom for actual operation.
