摘要
目的:了解目前我国城市综合医院就诊自杀患者的特征,为早期心理危机干预提供依据。方法:对我院急诊科2002年1月-12月就诊的124例自杀患者进行综合分析。结果:自杀患者中女性明显多于男性,其比例为女:男=4.6:1;21岁-30岁年龄组人数最多,为64例(51.6％)。服毒是最常采用的自杀方式,占总例数的94.4％;总死亡率为4.03％,男性占60％。多次采取自杀行为者占5.6%;求助于精神心理帮助者只占总例数的3.2%。结论:自杀已成为综合医院急诊抢救患者中常见的问题,急诊工作者应采取相应的治疗及早期心理干预措施。
To find out the characteristics of suicides treated in the emergency department of a large general hospital in china. To provide relevant data for early psychological treatment. Methods: Analyse the data of 124 suicides in the emergency department of China-Japan Friendship Hospital. Results: Females outnumbered males 4. 6 to 1; the number of 21 to 30 age-group is the most(64cases,51. 6% ) ;94.4% had ingested poisons; the death ratio is4.03% ; 5.6% have taken suicidal behavior many times,but only 3. 2% had tried to obtain help for their psychological prob-lems. Conclusion: Suicide is a life-threatening condition that is often seen in emergency departments of general hospi-tals; health workers in emergency departments need to provide appropriate early psychological treatment for these pa-tients.
