兔腰椎髓核内注射骨形态发生蛋白对磷脂酶A2活性的影响 被引量:1

The effect of BMP-2 injected into the lumbar nucleus pulposus on the activity of phospholipase A2 in rabbits

摘要 目的:探讨腰椎间盘髓核内注射骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)对磷脂酶A2(PLA2)活性的影响.方法:选取纯种新西兰大白兔20只,体重3~4kg.随机分为2组,每组10只;一组分别于L4/5椎体间注射BMP 200mg,另一组注射相同剂量的生理盐水作为对照.术后3个月将所有兔子处死,分别取出L4/5间盘组织,采用微量酸滴定法测定其PLA2的活性,并对所获得的数值进行统计学分析.结果:注射BMP组的腰椎间盘组织的PLA2活性明显低于注射生理盐水组,差异具有显著性.结论:腰椎间盘内注射BMP能降低炎症因子PLA2的活性,消除PLA2在腰椎间盘疾患中的作用. Objective:To study the concomitant effect of bone morphogenetic protein(BMP) on the activity of the phospholipase A2 (PLA2),which were injected into the lumbar nucleus pulposus of the rabbits to enhance the intervertebral fusion.Method:20 white rabbits of New Zealand were obtained which weighed within the range of 3~4kg.These rabbits were divided into 2 groups randomly:the experiment group in which 200mg BMP were injected into the nucleus pulposus of the L4-5 intervertebral disc of the 10 rabbits respectively;and the control group in which 0.9%NS of the same dosage as BMP were injected into the same place of the other 10 rabbits.The intervertebral discs were harvested by killing all the rabbits after 3 months postoperatively.The activities of PLA2 were tested through the method of trace acid titration and the values obtained were analyzed statistically.Result:The activities of PLA2 in the intervertebral discs,into which BMP were injected were evidently lower than those into which 0.9%NS were used.Furthermore,the difference of the values between the 2 groups showed a statistical significance Conclusion:The injection of BMP into the lumbar intervertebral disc could lower the activity of PLA2 and eliminate the effect of the inflammatory factors which might play an important role in the diseases of intervertebral disc.
