摘要
目的 应用应变和应变率成像评价致心律失常型右心室发育不良的心肌运动特征 ,评估该技术的诊断价值。方法 采用PhilipsSonos 5 5 0 0和GEVivid 7研究了 5例致心律失常型右室发育不良患者的心肌组织多普勒显像及应变率成像。结果 3例患者右室心尖部、2例患者右室流出道局部变薄、膨出 ,活动减弱至矛盾运动。病变节段的室壁运动速度、应变和应变率明显低于正常节段。病变节段和正常节段之间的应变和应变率差别较室壁运动速度更加显著。结论 应变和应变率能够敏感地检测致心律失常型右室发育不良患者的室壁运动异常。
Objective To characterize regional myocardial movement by strain rate and strain imaging in the patients with arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia (ARVD).Methods Philips Sonos 5500 with S4 probe and QLAB software,and GE Vivid 7 with M3S probe and Q-analysis software were used to quantitatively assess tissue velocity(V),strain rate(SR) and strain(ε) of right ventricular wall motion in 5 cases of ARVD.Results Wall thinning and aneurysms with abnormal movement (AN) were found in right apex of 3 patients and in ventricular outflow tract of 2 patients.The systolic peak V,SR and ε were significantly lower than those of adjacent normal segments (N).The difference of SR and ε between AN and N was significantly larger than that of V.Conclusions The strain rate and strain imaging allows sensitive distinguishing between abnormal and normal segments of right ventricule,and provides additional information for the diagnosis of ARVD.
