摘要
介绍SK001/2型专用辊环磨床的一种故障诊断系统.该系统基于GE90-70PLC,辅以一些必要的检测元件,能很好地对整个磨床的工作过程进行模拟和监控.着重阐述了两种不同种类PLC之间进行程序转换的方法与步骤.
The fault diagnosis system for the SK001/2 special-purpose grinding machine for roller ring is described in the paper. Constructed based on the GE90-70 PLC with some detecting units added, the system can well simulate and monitor each process of the grinding machine. The method and procedure of program exchange between two kinds of PLC system are presented in detail as well.
