介绍中板厂工艺流程与工艺技术几个方面的改进.通过除鳞箱移位、3#新加热炉的使用、矫直机移位、新增大规格分段剪等一系列工艺流程改造和对板坯料型、轧制、冷却等工艺技术改进,提高了工序的生产效率,降低了生产成本.

This paper describes the technical renovations regarding the medium-plate rolling process at SISG, in which both the descaling box and straightening machine were relocated, the No.3 heating furnacewas employed, and a large-sized stepwise plate shear was added. In addition, the slab shape, as well as the rolling and cooling procedures for the plate are all modified to enhance productivity and to lower production cost.
