摘要
利用C和CO的还原性,能有效地将Cr6+还原成Cr3+或者金属Cr.韶钢利用烧结、炼铁工艺,有效地回收和利用铬渣中的有效成分,同时利用烧结炼铁工艺中的C和CO在高温下的还原反应,达到解毒目的,实现铬渣的资源化和无害化.
By using a two-stage carbon reduction process, Cr^(6+) may be effectively reduced to Cr^(3+) or even metallic Cr. At Shaoguan Iron and Steel Group Company (SISG), the chromium constituent in the chromium-bearing slag was recovered by making an effective use of the sintering and iron-making processes; and the slag was detoxified, thus becoming harmless and recyclable, through a high temperature reduction of the carbon monoxide by the carbon generated in the sintering and iron-making processes.
