摘要
选择最佳萃取剂是提高脱氢酶活性测定结果准确性的重要步骤之一,因此在测定内源呼吸TTC-脱氢酶活性时,选择了丙酮、乙醇、正丁醇、磷酸三丁酯、乙酸乙酯、甲苯和三氯甲烷七种萃取剂,就标准曲线、最佳萃取时间以及萃取污泥中三苯基甲酯(TF)的能力等三个方面进行了比较。综合考虑各种性能后确定丙酮为最佳萃取剂。
Selection of optimal extractant was one of important measures for improving accuracy in measuring dehydrogenase activity,therefore seven kinds of extractant such as acetone,ethanol,n-butanol,tributyl phosphate,ethyl acetate,methylbenzene,and trichloromethane were selected for measuring endogenous TTC-dehydrogenase activity.Comparison was made in the regards of standard curve,the best extraction time,and extraction rate of TF from sludge.After overall consideration for all characteristics,acetone was determined to be the best extractant.
