摘要
为了减少一段时期内配电网运行方式的切换次数,提出一种考虑负荷变化的配电网动态优化方法,该方法将考察时期分成一系列时间段,根据各个时间段的负荷预测结果,以线损最低为目标函数,分别得出各个时间段的最佳运行方式,并将具有相同运行方式的相邻时间段加以合并,在此基础上,定义了方式切换最小收益阈值,只有运行方式调整后的收益超过该阈值的方式切换才被允许,从而避免了切换收益小或刚切换不久又要进行方式调整的不必要的方式切换,并得出了恰当的方式切换时机。还讨论了在量测数据缺乏的情况下,线损和电压降落的简化计算方法。最后给出一个实例,表明了提出方法的可行性。
In order to reduce the times of changing of distribution network topologies, a new method to optimize distribution networks considering load changes is put forward. The investigated period is divided into time sections. Based on the load forecasting results, the optimal topologies of each time section are worked out with the indices of minimal losses. The adjacent time sections with the same topology are merged into one time section. A threshold value of least benefit by topology shifting is introduced. Only the few changes of distribution network topologies with benefit larger than the threshold value are permitted. Consequently, the unnecessary network reconfigurations with less benefit or need to be changed into another better operation mode after a short duration of time are avoided and the exact moments of topology shifting are determined. Simplified calculation of line losses and voltage drop without adequate information are discussed as well. An instance shows that the proposed approach is feasible.
