摘要
城乡电网是一个结构化的整体。鉴于配电网规划工作的繁杂性,提出了配电网规划的层次化规则,它既考虑了约束限制作用,又对配电网起到了方向性引导的作用。介绍了在本系统中采用的适用于配网的前推回代潮流计算方法和基于最小路径的可靠性计算方法。另外还介绍了本系统中采用的综合模糊评判技术。该系统已被用于我国南方某省的多个地区的配电网规划中,表明了该系统的有效性。
An urban and rural power grid is a structural one. The paper presents some rules for different levels of network with some guidance and restraints. The back/forward sweep algorithm which fits for distribution power flow calculation and an approach to distribution network reliability calculation based on minimal path adopted in the decision-making system are introduced in this paper. The paper also puts forward a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, which is employed in the proposed system. The structural distribution planning based on computer assistant decision-making system has been used to real distribution planning of many regions in some southern province of China, which shows the validity and efficiency of the system.
