摘要
低频减载是控制电力系统一般故障及大面积复杂故障重要而有效的手段。合理而快速地切除负荷或解列,可以使整个电网在最短的时间内恢复至稳定运行状态,切负荷的整定计算必须合理精确,以最小的切负荷量在最短的时间内使系统频率恢复正常。文中的切负荷软件包由系统数据库建立、数据转换和导入、频率计算和分析以及切负荷方案优化等模块组成,能根据系统的参数特性和运行要求给出最优方案,且具有友好的人机界面和便于维护更新的系统数据库,在上海电网的应用及仿真表明了上述优点。
Under-frequency load shedding is an important and effective means to control common faults and large-scale complicated faults in power system. Cutting load correctly and quickly can make the whole system return to stable state in the shortest time, and the setting calculation of load cutting must be reasonable and precise to achieve the goal with minimal quantity of load cutting within shortest time. The proposed software package is composed of database foundation, data conversion and input, frequency computation and analysis, and load-cutting scheme optimization. The package can offer improved solution according to system parameters and regulation request, and it has convenient interface and easily-maintained and renewable database. Such superiorities are verified via the application and simulation in Shanghai power system.
