超声在心脏电机械矫正术中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 一、背景与现状 心脏电生理学发展的最高目标是精确且完全修复由各类心脏疾病导致的心脏电-机械兴奋和传导异常,同时最大限度恢复受损的心脏功能和血流动力学.对病变心脏进行起搏和消融治疗时,充分利用心脏残存的正常传导系统诱导和控制心脏各个部位产生与正常窦性心律心肌机械激动顺序尽可能一致的心脏机械兴奋过程,这是保证实现心脏真正生理性起搏和消融治疗成功的关键.
