摘要
目的寻找一种灵敏度高、准确可靠、实用性强的尿砷分析方法。方法应用氢化物发生-原子荧光法(HG鄄AFS)测定尿砷。样品处理选用过氧化氢(H2O2)为主、少量硝酸为辅的消解试剂,用控温消解仪消解。结果本方法线性范围为0~200μg/L,相关系数>0.9995,样品回收率91.00%~101.00%。如果取1ml尿样,最低检出限为0.6μg/L。结论本方法灵敏度高,取样量少,线性范围宽,准确可靠,操作简单快速,分析过程中对环境污染少,有利分析人员健康,是一种较好的尿砷分析方法。
Objective To establish a new sensitive and reliable method for determination of total arsenic in urine by HG-AFS. Methods Using Hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) and very little HNO3, and a tempreture control instrument to digest the sample, and using HG-AFS to determinate As. Results The linear range of the new method was 0~200 μg/L, the correlation coefficient was larger than 0.999 5, the recovery rate was 91.00%~101.00%. If 1 ml urine sample was collected, the detection limit was 0.6 μg/L. Conclusions Not only is the new method sensitive, the less sample volume, wider linear range, reliable and easy to operate,but also it benefits the opertor's health.
