72例输卵管妊娠临床分析

A Clinical Analysis of 72 Cases of Oviducal Pregnancy

我院1998年1月至2003年6月间手术并经病理检查证实的输卵管妊娠72例,其中输卵管妊娠流产型32例,(44.44%),破裂型40例(55.55%),好发年龄23～30岁为多见,共45例(62.5%)。输卵管妊娠与孕产次、流产史均有密切关系,孕产次越多或有反复人流史发病率越高。破裂与流产型比较,破裂型病情重,晕厥与休克较流产型多见,而且出现明显体征,腹腔内出血量有明显的差别﹙P<0.01,认为输卵管妊娠如能及早做出诊断,及时手术治疗,疗效最好。

From January 1998 to June 2003,72 cases of oviducal pregnancy were confirmed throughpathological examination and operated on in our hospital. Of these 72 cases of oviducal pregnancy,32cases were of the miscarriage type(44.44%) and 40 cases were of the rupture type(55.55%).A total of 45of these 72 cases were women aged 23 to 30 (62.50%).Oviducal pregnancy is closely related to the numberof pregnancies and birth-giving and the history of miscarriages. The more pregnancies and birth-givingand the more abortions a woman has had,the more chances of oviducal pregnancy she will have. Comparedwith the miscarriage-type of oviducal pregnancy, the oviduct rupture type is worse and more swoons andshocks have been observed in this type. Furthermore, in the rupture type of oviducal pregnancy,obviousphysical signs can be observed and there is a bigger amount of bleeding in the abdominal cavity(p<0.01).It is believed that a good curative effect can be achieved if a case of oviducal pregnancy can bediagnosed early and operated on in a timely manner.
