低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛40例疗效观察

To Observe the Treatment Effect of Low Molecular Weight Heparin in the Treatment for 40 Cases of Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的观察低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法低分子肝素0.4ml,每天2次皮下注射,连用10d。结果40例患者临床疗效为70%,低分子肝素尚有减少心绞痛发作次数和时间,减少硝酸甘油用量,减少心电图上心肌缺血范围和程度等作用。结论低分子肝素是一种有效、安全的治疗不稳定型心绞痛的药物。

Objective To observe the treatment effect of low-molecular-weight heparin(LMWH) in thetreatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods LMWH(0.4ml) was used through subcutaneous injection in40 cases of unstable angina pectoris for 14days on end. Result The clinical effective rate was 70%.The drug was effective in the decreasing of the decreasing of nitroglycerin consumption as well as inthe rmprovement of the scope and severity of cardiac ischemia by ECG.Conclusion LMWH is an effectiveand safe drug for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.
