中国人民解放军军需大学发明了一种保鲜嫩化牛肉的生产工艺,解决了牛肉生产企业在产品运输、销售期、肉类色泽等方面的问题。还提供了应用这一生产工艺生产的保鲜嫩化牛肉,具有肉质滑嫩、鲜美的特点。
