由数字地球概念出发,在数字流域的基础上进一步提出了数字化流域的概念.并且以数字化流域为核心,结合规划预案生成技术和规划方案决策支持技术,构建了基于数字化流域的水资源规划数字化平台框架.水资源规划平台吸收了决策支持系统的思想方法,借助数字流域的技术而实现,在水资源规划的预案生成、情景分析和决策支持3个层次上提供支持.

From the conception of digital earth, an idea of digitalized basin developed based on digital basin is put forward. With digitalized basin as the core, the paper discusses the supporting system framework of the digitalized,basin's water resources planning, taking into consideration the programming scenario analysis and decision making techniques. The platform of water resources comprising the conception of decision making system is established with the help of digital basin techniques. With digitalized basin as the framework, the platform incorporates scenario formation technique and programming decision support and provides a support at three levels: programming scenario formation, situation analysis and decision making support.
