摘要
钱塘江明清鱼鳞老海塘是保护浙北和苏沪南缘地区广大平原的大型防洪(潮)工程.由于建筑年久、工程老化、结构防潮标准偏低,急需加固.经多方案比较,选择了在海宁段采用顺直河段抛筑短丁坝、弯曲河段打长板桩以及与塘顶土埝后移相结合;在海盐段采用塘顶塘背加固抗越浪冲刷和塘前设置稳定镇压平台的总体方案.工程技术先进、经济合理.
The Ming,Qing ancient seawall of Qiantang River located at Haining, Zhejiang Province, is a large scale flood control works for protecting north area of Zhejiang Province and Su,Hu plain areas from flood disasters. The works have to be strengthened owing to neglected repairs for years, aged structure and lower dampproof criterion. By detailed comparisons, a short groyne along the direction of stream was selected for reinforcing the straight river section of Haining, whereas on some curved sections, long sheet piles were used in conjunction with moving backwards the earth levee on top of the seawall. For the Haiyan river section a general solution of using anti,erosive measures on top and back of the wall and a balanced platform in front of it was adopted. The works are technologically advanced and economically rational.
