摘要
提出一种新型的清淤输泥方法和设备,研制了能远距离输送高浓度、大粘度、低含水量的淤泥和软粘土的土方施工设备,包括进料口、推送器、表面膜发生器、脉冲切割器、定位系统、智能控制系统、输料管道、管道浮子等.该设备具有能耗省、工效高、效益好、结构简单、故障少、运行维护方便,定位准确性高、自动化程度高的特点,可适用于水利、环保、建筑工程中的淤泥和软粘土输送.
A new dredging and mud conveying system developed for the long distance transporting of high concentration, thick viscosity and lower water content mud flow and soft clay is presented. The system consists of a feeder, propeller, membrane generator, impulse cutter, positioning device, intelligent control unit, conveyance pipeline and floaters. It is characterized by reduced power consumption, higher effectiveness, better profits, simple construction, less failures, easy operation and maintenance, higher accuracy in positioning and high level automation. The system is suitable for transporting mud flow and soft clay in water conservancy construction, environmental protection and other construction works.
