非电管起爆网络的设计及其在吉林台工程中的应用

摘要 起爆网络在整个爆破过程中占有很重要的地位,是整个爆破过程中最后的关键环节.起爆网络的形式多种多样,在具体设计时要根据工程目的、施工实际和习惯,设计出实用、经济的网络.在吉林台工程的实际爆破中,网络的起爆方式大多不用击发笔,而是用火花起爆,故在实际设计时要根据习惯确定点火人员的撤退路线、导火索的长短等;如果在一个工区内有几处要同时起爆,则要做好宏观控制,统一指挥.对于重要的爆破工程,则必须对可靠度进行校核,并采取相应的技术措施,如采用双雷线路、交叉搭接线路、复式网络、双向网络等. Detonating network,as the key and final step of blasting system,plays a very important role in the whole blasting process.The detonating network has many forms and its design shall conform the requirements of practical use and economy ,taking into consideration the objective of project and the conventions of construction.During the Jilintai Project construction,a spark detonation was used in state of the triggering pen,and the determination of the route for the ignition person withdrawal and of the length of fuse was mandated at the time the practical blasting was designed.If several blasts had to be initiated,uni-fied control and command were absolutely required.Major blasting projects were inspected for reliability,and some associated measures had to be taken for security,for example double detonator line,crossing lapping line,double type network,double direction network,etc.
