论我国公司经理制度的立法完善

Discuss on lawmaking improvement of company manager system in China

经理是我国公司权力结构中的重要机构之一,完善的经理制度对于完善我国的公司治理结构具有重要的意义。文章分析了我国目前经理制度中存在的缺陷,借鉴外国的立法经验提出了完善我国经理制度立法的建议。
