摘要 目的 探讨大脑记忆功能对双侧眼球扫视运动的影响。方法 采用VTS -Ⅲ前庭功能检查仪 ,对 3 0到 40岁 80例正常人 (男 40例 ,女 40例 )的 160只眼分别进行眼球单频扫视运动的检查。结果 受检者先检眼的扫视运动潜伏期为 2 2 3± 3 5ms ,后检眼的潜伏期降为 12 5± 42ms。而其它的扫视运动参数在眼别上无显著的统计学差异。结论 只有潜伏期对可预测的单频信号刺激表现出双侧眼球扫视运动的不对称性 ,后检眼的潜伏期明显地缩短了 。 Objective To investigate the effects imposed upon bilateral eye saccades by cerebral memory.Methods Saccadic eye movements with single frequency are tested respectively in 160 eyes of 80 normal subjects(40 males and 40 females)aging from 30 to 40 using VTS-Ⅲ vestibular function apparatus.Results The average saccade latency of first-examined eyes of the examinees is 223±35ms,that of latter-examined eyes is 125±42ms.The other parameters of saccades show no significant statistic difference between two eyes.Conclusions As a response to predictable signal stimulus of single frequency,only latency showed asymmetry in binocular saccadic movements.The latency in latter-examined eyes was shortened obviously,which suggested that predictable signal stimulus produce apparent facilitation upon the onset of saccadic eye movement.
