胞二磷胆碱治疗视神经萎缩的临床探讨

Clinical study of treating optic atrophy with CDP-choline

目的 探讨胞二磷胆碱治疗视神经萎缩的疗效。方法 胞二磷胆碱联合传统疗法治疗视神经萎缩 2 9眼 ,传统疗法治疗视神经萎缩 2 8眼 ,以视力、中心视野及眼电生理 (P -VEP)为观察指标进行比较。结果 胞二磷胆碱联合传统疗法治疗后视力、中心视野、P -VEP (P10 0潜时 )均有好转且在统计学上有非常显著意义 ,而传统疗法仅在中心视野 1项指标上改善有显著意义 ,从总体上看前者的疗效明显优于后者。

Objective To study the clinical effect of CDP-choline in treating optic atrophy.Methods 29 eyes with optic atrophy were treated with CDP-choline combined with traditional therapy.While 28 eyes with optic atrophy were treated only with traditional therapy.Visual acuity,central visual field and P-VEP were tested and compared between two groups.Results There was a significant improvement in visual acuity,central visual field and P-VEP in the group treated with CDP-choline combined with traditional therapy.While in the group treated with traditional therapy alone there was a significant improvement only in central visual field.It is suggested that CDP-choline can enhance the effect of traditional therapy.Conclusions CDP-choline can effectively improve the visual function of the patients with optic atrophy.
