摘要 目的 :探讨脑膜瘤组织中基质金属蛋白酶 9(MMP 9)和P5 3蛋白的表达及与肿瘤血管形成和临床病理之间的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学法检测 5 2例脑膜瘤组织中MMP 9、P5 3蛋白的表达情况及微血管密度(MVD) ,并结合临床病理参数进行综合分析。结果 :MMP 9、P5 3的表达与脑膜瘤组织病理分级、MVD、侵袭行为、瘤周水肿显著相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :MMP 9、P5 3在肿瘤血管形成、恶性进展和浸润、瘤周水肿等方面起着重要作用。检测脑膜瘤组织中MMP 9、P5 3的表达对进一步了解脑膜瘤生物学行为。 Aim: To investigate the relationship between the expression of MMP 9 and P53 in meningiomas and tumor angiogenesis and pathological characteristic. Methods: Expression of MMP 9 ,P53, and factor VIII related antigen in 52 cases of meningiomas were detected by immunohistochemistry. The pathological parameters were also analyzed. Results: In meningiomas, the expression of MMP 9 and P53 were closely related to the pathological grade, microvessel density (MVD), aggressive behavior, and peritumoral edema ( P <0.05). Conclusions: In meningiomas,MMP 9 and P53 may play an important role in angiogenesis, malignancy progress, brain invasion, and peritumoral edema. Detection of expression of MMP 9 and P53 may be of value in further understanding the biological behavior, clinical performance, and predicting the prognosis of meningiomas.
