经尿道前列腺汽化电切术500例分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :总结 5 0 0例经尿道前列腺汽化电切术 (TUEVAP)的临床经验。方法 :采用TUEVAP治疗前列腺增生 4 90例和前列腺癌 10例。结果 :切除前列腺重量平均 5 8.2 g。平均手术时间 5 0min。最大尿流率、国际前列腺症状评分和生活质量评分均比术前有显著改善 (P <0 .0 1) ,而剩余尿则明显减少 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :TUEVAP适应证宽 ,安全 ,并发症少 ,疗效好。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of transurethral electrovaporization ablation of prostate(TUEVAP) on the 500 cases.Methods:Four hundred ninety cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia and 10 cases of prostate cacinoma were treated with TUEVAP.Results:The mean weight of resected tissue was 58.2 g,and the mean operative time was 50 minutes.After the operation,Qmax,the international prostate sign score,quantity of life and residual urine of the cases were significantly improved(P<0.01).Conclusions:It is certain that benign prostatic hyperplasia is operated BPH with TUEVAP can get safe and effective medical results,leaving fewer complications.
