自体血清皮肤试验在慢性荨麻疹中的应用评价

Autologous serum skin test in chronic urticaria

目的 :评价自体血清皮肤试验在慢性荨麻疹中的临床应用价值。方法 :采用自体血清皮肤试验 ,对 12 1例慢性荨麻疹患者和 16名健康对照者进行检验。结果 :12 1例慢性荨麻疹患者自体血清皮肤试验有 4 1例阳性 ,阳性率为 33.9% ,而健康对照组全部阴性 ,两组间阳性率差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :在慢性荨麻疹患者血清是否存在自身抗体的初筛检查中 ,自体血清皮肤试验具有临床实际应用价值。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of autologous serum skin test(ASST) in chronic urticaria.Methods:ASST was performed in 121 patients with chronic urticaria and 16 healthy control subjects.Results:ASST was positive in 41 out of 121 patients with chronic urticaria and the positive rate was 33.9%,while it was negative in all the healthy controls.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:ASST is of great value in serum autoantibodies screening of the patients with chronic urticaria.
