摘要
由纸、塑、铝复合而成的软包装废弃材料,其组成复杂,且易产生各种细菌等有害物质,处理困难。由于细菌的基本构成为蛋白质结构,而MgCl2有迅速凝固蛋白质作用,对采用软包装废弃物作为玻镁平板的无害填充料进行了系统研究。结果表明,利用软包装废弃物作为玻镁平板填充料能生产出无毒、无害、防火、细菌与霉菌数达到自来水质水平的玻镁平板,且能提高玻镁平板的多项性能。这为合理利用软包装废弃物找到了一条新的合适途径。
Wastes of soft-package refer to package composed of paper,plastic and aluminium foil which are complex and bring about harmful matter of various bacteria.So it is difficulty to handle.The systematic study is made on using wastes of soft-package as harmless stuff for glass fibre and magnesium cement board since the basic composition of bacteria is of protein structure and MgCl 2 has the function of quickly coagulating protein.The result shows that non-poisonous,harmless and fireproof glass fibre and magnesium cement board can be pro-duced by making use of soft-package wastes as its stuff and number of bacteria and mould reaches the level of tap water quality,it also improves properties of glass fibre and magnesium cement board.It finds a new and suit-able way to reasonably make use of soft-package wastes.
