摘要
目的 研究甘西鼠尾草 Salvia przewalskii根的化学成分 ,检测抗 HIV活性。方法 用溶媒法、色谱法提取分离单体 ,光谱法分析鉴定结构。用艾滋病毒 1型整合酶 ( HIV- 1IN)和艾滋病毒 1型逆转录酶 ( HIV- 1RT)测定抗HIV活性。结果 分离得到 4个化合物 ,分别鉴别为 8- { [7′- ( 3′,′4 -二羟基 -苯基 ) - 9′-氧代 - 7′-丙烯基 ]氧 } - 3- ( 1″- O-β- D-葡萄糖基 ) - 4 -羟基 - [R- ( E) ]-苯丙酸 ( ) ,迷迭香酸 ( ) ,紫草酸 ( )和紫草酸 B( )。结论 为新化合物 , ~ 为已知化合物。均具有抗HIV活性。
Object To study chemical constituents in the root of Salvia przewaskii Maxim. and examine their inhibitory activity on HIV-IN and HIV-RT. Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by chromatography. Their structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. Anti-HIV activities of the compounds were observed in vitro. Results Four compounds were obtained. Their structures were identified as benzenepropanoic acid, 8-{[7′-(3′, ′4-dihydroxy-phenyl)-9′-oxo-7′-propenyl]oxy}-3-(1″-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-4-hydroxy-[R-(E)] (Ⅰ), rosmarinic acid (Ⅱ), lithospermic acid (Ⅲ), and lithospermic acid B (Ⅳ). Conclusion Compound Ⅰ is a new one, Ⅱ-Ⅳ are the known compounds with the anti-HIV effects.
