摘要
本文集成黄土高原小流域植被减沙效应方面的研究数据与资料,归纳出黄土高原不同区域植被减沙效益评价的统计模型,建立植被资源分布数据库。并以此为基础,构建了网络环境下的植被减沙效益评价决策支持系统。该决策系统可根据用户的现状,对所提供的事实和条件进行推理判断,提供有明确针对性的不同区域植被减沙措施及其效益,从而指导不同区域退耕还林还草工程的实施,为黄土高原生态环境建设以及植被的合理布局提供决策支持。
According to the data obtained from small watersheds in Loess Plateau a statistical model for evaluating the benefit of soil erosion reduction due to vegetation is proposed and the database for distribution of vegetation resources is established. On this basis, the decision-making support system (DSS) for evaluating this benefit in the circumstance of Web is established. The system provides the decision maker with suggestion on suitable measure for soil erosion reduction and the probable benefit according to the existing situation. It gives the guidance for construction of ecological environment and the principle of reasonable vegetation planning in Loess Plateau.
