摘要 肿瘤的生长和转移需要新生血管提供血液 ,抗肿瘤血管形成是一种新的抗肿瘤策略。本文对妇科肿瘤领域中有关肿瘤微血管密度的检测及其预后价值、肿瘤组织血管形成活性分子的检测、血清血管形成分子的检测、抗肿瘤血管形成治疗尝试及其在妇科肿瘤治疗中的地位等问题进行了综述。 Angiogenesis, the growth of new blood vessels from pre-existing ones, is absolutely required for solid neoplasms to grow and metastases. Accordingly, anti-angiogenic therapy, a novel anti-tumor strategy, has gained much interest in past decades. This review is a summary of recent progress in the angiogenesis and anti-angiogenic therapy researches in gynecologic tumors. The prognostic value of intra-tumoral microvessel density was evaluated, and the detection and it role of several angiogenic molecules in tumor tissue and in serum was discussed. In addition, recent findings on anti-angiogenesis therapy in gynecologic cancer were also reviewed.
