软药设计

摘要 为了提高药物的治疗指数,Bodor等[1-6]提出和发展了逆代谢药物设计的概念,它包含2种不同的设计策略:软药(soft drug)和化学药物给药系统.软药设计(soft drug design)是将化合物的构效关系(structure-activity relationship,SAR)与构代关系(structure-metabolism relationship,SMR)以及理化性质相结合,目的是设计出更安全的化合物.
