文章运用库群补偿防洪调度的理论,对观音阁水库和参窝水库进行补偿防洪调度,使参窝水库的汛限水位得到补偿抬高。
The paper introduces the flood control compensation regulation of Guangyinge reservoir and Shenwo reservoir with reservoir group compensation flood control regulation theory, so the limited water level during the flood is raised.
