自编住院精神病人《社会功能评定量表》:信度、效度的初步检验

A self-designed scale for social function in in-patients with psychosis (SSFPI):preliminary test of reliability and validity.

目的 编制一套适合于研究精神科住院病人的《社会功能评定量表 (SSFPI)》。方法 根据住院精神病人的实际生活状况及康复活动特点 ,拟定出含 12个条目的量表 ,并将条目性质类同者归纳为三个因子。同时在住院病人中进行初测及信度、效度检验。结果 总分及各条目重测相关在 0 72～ 0 89之间 ;分半信度相关为 0 94 3;总分及各因子间内部一致性相关在 0 4 6～ 0 89之间 ;与SDSS进行效度检验相关r值为 - 0 86 3,社会功能缺陷阳性区分率达 98 3%。结论 SSFPI信度和效度符合要求 ,与中、基层医院的住院精神病人的生活特点吻合 。

Objective A self-designed scale by apply to assessment of social function in in-patients with psychosis.Methods The scale contained 12 items by according to actual living condition and rehabilitate content of in-patients with psychosis,these items according to similar qualitiese were classified into 3 factors and preliminary test of their reliability and validity.Results In again survey,the correlation with total score and each item score were 0.72～0.89, the correlation with reliability in divided half than other half was 0.943,the correlation of internal consistence between total score and each factor were 0.46～0.89,the correlative values of validity verify in SSFPI than in SDSS was -0.863,ratio of distinguish positive cases in social function defect was 98.3%.Conclusion The SSFPI and its reliability and validity were coincident with request, it is similarity with living characters in-inpatients with psychosis in middle-sized hospitals and communitiy settings.These results will be of some values to us in our clinical services and study work.
