米安色林改善抑郁症社会功能的时序分析

目的 探讨米安色林改善抑郁症社会功能的时序。方法 将符合CCMD - 3抑郁症诊断标准的患者 5 0例予以米安色林 (mianserine)治疗 1年 ,并采用社会功能缺陷量表 (SDSS)、汉密顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)及副反应量表(TESS)对患者进行评定。结果 治疗后各时段依次与前一时段的SDSS评分比较 ,其中第 2个月及第 10个月均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而HAMD评分比较仅第 2个月有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) .结论 米安色林对抑郁症社会功能的改善与症状改善不一致 ,是一个迁延过程 ,第

Objective To explore the procedure of social function improvement in depressive patients treated with mianserine.Method 50 depressive patients fulfilled with CCMD-3 were treated with mianserine for 12 months.All patients were assessed with the social disability screening schedule(SDSS),the Hamilton depressive scale(HAMD) and the treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS) every two months.The scores of SDSS and HAMD of each stage were compared with those of previous stage.Results Significant decrease of scores of SDSS were found at the 2nd and 10th month (P<0.05),while that of HAMD was found only at the 2nd month(P<0.05).Conclusion The improvemental procedure of symptom in depressive patients treated with mianserine is not parallel with that of social function,which lasts longer and tends to be steady after the 10th month.
