过氧化氢酶高表达抑制活性氧诱导的人晶状体上皮细胞凋亡

摘要
晶状体上皮细胞 (lens epithelial cell, LEC) 凋亡是除先天性白内障外各种类型白内障发生的共同分子机制[1],活性氧损伤是LEC凋亡的主要原因[2].
